Robyn Herman

President

In 2017, Robyn joined her family’s foundation, Rostair Foundation, as the Vice President and Operating Manager. In 2018, she became the President of Rostair Foundation. Prior to joining Rostair, Robyn was a teacher at a school for students with learning differences, demonstrating her giving nature and passion to help others succeed. There she taught a variety of subjects in Grades One (1) through Eleven (11). Robyn received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Graphic Design from American University. She has long been an advocate for getting involved in one’s surrounding community, as well as, international communities. She sees merit in getting to know one’s neighbors and broadening one’s view of situations around the globe. Robyn is currently a member of Playworks’ Young Professionals Council and is a membership committee team member for Impact100 Philadelphia’s Young Philanthropist Program. She is also passionate about helping to improve areas of the Greater Philadelphia region and strives to do this by getting involved in volunteerism.

Todd Herman

Vice President

Todd Herman has begun to focus his attention on his family’s foundation that he helped to found in 2015. He is passionate about finding causes for himself and his family to support through the vehicle of the Rostair Foundation. Before retiring and becoming an active member of Rostair Foundation, Todd was the CEO of Safestreets USA, LLC for 8 years. Safestreets was the second largest ADT Dealer in the United States, covering 42 states and employing over 1000 people. Even before becoming CEO of Safestreets, Todd greatly enjoyed being a part of the security systems field for many years. Todd is a graduate of the Washington University of St. Louis where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business and also received his Law Degree from Seton Hall School of Law. Todd is currently a member of Polywogs Charities Inc. in St. Petersburg, FL which promotes 4 diverse charities in the St. Petersburg area.  

Alex Herman

Vice President

Alex runs the Family Investment Office for the Herman family and also is a Rostair Foundation board member.  His background is in finance, as he spent the last four years as a Portfolio Manager at Kore Advisors.  Kore is a structured products and distressed credit hedge fund and also directs private investments on the family office side.  Before that, Alex spent six years as a trader at Goldman Sachs rising up to the Vice President level. Alex graduated from Penn State with a degree in Finance.  Alex has a wonderful wife, Catherine, and a chocolate lab, Farley.

Susan Herman

Secretary

Susan Herman, a founding member of the Rostair Foundation, understands the impact that can come from volunteering in one's community at a local level. By being deeply involved at the local level in her own community, Susan has worked tirelessly to help keep the roads in Bucks County safe for drivers, pedestrians and bicyclists. She is also passionate about the importance of self-care and is looking forward to promoting this through her foundation work in Rostair.
